About CAMEO Data Manager

Use the CAMEO Data Manager program for response and planning record-keeping, especially those tasks that are required under the External link.. The CAMEO Data Manager program consists of 7 data management modules7 data management modules.

  • Facilities: Use the Facilities module to keep track of information about facilities with hazardous materials.
  • Contacts: Use the Contacts module as a directory of people and organizations involved in hazardous materials emergency response and/or planning.
  • Chemical Inventory: Use the Chemical Inventory module to keep track of hazardous materials that are stored at facilities or transported along routes. This module also includes the Screenings & Scenarios tool that can be used to make EPCRA External link.Ìý±ð²õ³Ù¾±³¾²¹³Ù±ð²õ.
  • Incidents: Use the Incidents module to track information about hazardous material spills, either at facilities or along transport routes.
  • Special Locations: Use the Special Locations module to keep track of locations that have high-density, confined, or sensitive populations that might need special attention during an emergency (such as schools, nursing homes, or hospitals).
  • Routes: Use the Routes module to maintain information about routes (such as railroads, highways, and rivers) used to transport hazardous materials.
  • Resources: Use the Resources module to keep information about companies, people, or organizations that supply resources for emergency response or planning.

Using CAMEO Data Manager with CAMEO 365betÓéÀÖ

In the CAMEO 365betÓéÀÖ desktop program, you can use the CAMEO Data Manager toolbar button to Go to CAMEO Data Manager. This will start (or launch) the CAMEO Data Manager program. If CAMEO Data Manager is already running, this will bring the program forward. The CAMEO Data Manager button (marked in the image below) is always shown on the toolbar; however, you must download and install the CAMEO Data Manager program separately before you can use it with CAMEO 365betÓéÀÖ.

The 'Launch CAMEO Data Manager' button is always shown in the fifth position on the toolbar.

Note: In the CAMEO Data Manager program, there are also several places where you'll see the CAMEO 365betÓéÀÖ icon. You can click on the icon to run a search in either the online or desktop formats of CAMEO 365betÓéÀÖ based on the name and CAS numberOr CAS #. Chemical Abstracts Service Registry number.
